1 Star? Really. Times are hard right now and a little understanding goes a long way. You could have opened a case and I would have happily accepted a return or allowed you to keep the shirt and refunded your money instead of rating me poorly on something that wasn’t intentional.

@nicole_broomell Hi Nicole. I had a weird mishap with the bag - it was on top of my armoire and the light above it burned a hole in the green leather right through the dust bag! It wasn't even used yet! I had it dyed black. 🙄
