melanieotte1 hey! I just received my package which was the "C" Alex and Ani bracelet. unfortunately my package was empty. Can you advise me on what to do? the envelope was open and I dont know if it fell out or what? thank you!!!!!

courtneyleighnc @melanieotte1 OH MY GOODNESS! That’s horrible! Was the thank you note enclosed as well? It sounds like this may be an issue of theft... let me reach out to my local post office and Poshmark to see what to do next. I’m so sorry!

melanieotte1 @courtneyleighnc ok I did contact poshmark. no thank you note....it was totally empty. I know it's not your fault. I guess it was theft. it was just in my mailbox empty. I've never had this happen before. I'll see what happens. thanks for checking with the post office for me.🙂

melanieotte1 @courtneyleighnc I just got a notice from poshmark that they refunded both me and you!!!! I hate this happened but really impressed with poshmark for doing this. so sorry this all happened.
