You purchased my Sperry’s that were never worn and gave me a one star rating bc of shipping and cleanliness? Can you please help me by clarifying such a negative rating. I package the items up beautifully in a box and tissue, wrote you a thank you note and mailed them with in a few days. As soon as they were shipped I notified posh so you could keep track of the status of your purchase. Maybe you could help me by telling me why you felt I deserved one star.

Hi. You bought a Michael Kors purse from me today and when I was packing it up I realized there is some wear on the edges.
