Hi there, I shipped your backpack 5 days ago. When I went to ship post office said that since it was being shipped to Alaska there would be an extra $50 to ship in the box I had it in. I replaced it into an appropriate box. Been looking at tracking and now see it in Alabama. What’s going on? Kindly, Patti
