style_symphony Hi Cordelia, thank you so much for your ourchase of the embossed leather handbag. I found a spot on the strap right under the buckle where the leather is slightly damaged. I did not disclose it because it was not visible. I don't want to cause any disappointment so please let me know if you would prefer me to cancel the order.Thank you. I apologize for inconvenience.

cordeliabaum @style_symphony hello, would you be able to describe a bit what you mean by damaged? Is it worn down like it may break or is it just a cosmetic spot?

style_symphony @cordeliabaum it’s hard to explain, looks like a burnt mark. I can’t edit a sold listing but I made a copy of it. If you could please go to my closet, you will see a COPY of the bag you purchased. You will see the spot I am talking about in the 2nd and 3rd pictures. I apologize for all these troubles.
