@toluvlaly thank you! I do have a question about how shipping works when selling. It looks like when someone buys something from you, you get a shipping label that you would put on the package to send to them. Is that correct? And is there and special ways you have to package things?

@cmtustin hello again Connor! Yes, that is correct! When the buyer purchases something out of your closet (or vice versa!), the buyer pays $7.95 for shipping. Poshmark will email you a label that you need to print to tape onto the box or whatever packaging. I usually fold it to the specific size of the label perimeters as to not waste tape.

As far as packaging, you can literally get free supplies from the USPS via their website or by walking into your local USPS. Or you can reuse any box you get packages from (i.e. Amazon). For the most part, the item being shipped needs to be 5lbs or less. Some people do basic shipping of putting the item in the packaging and sealing it; others out a little more care into packaging. I’m the latter 😊

But until you get your bearings with the process and comfortable with Poshing, you can start off basic and add your special touches as you go along! I hope this helps you!
