When I lower the price of an item and it gives the buyer an option to get .99 cent shipping how does that change on my end as a seller? Do I change something or does Poshmark when they offer it?Thank you for any help!

He has made multiple accounts in the last few months trying to scam ppl & has unfortunately convinced quite a few ppl to purchase shipping off site & then cancels the transaction. He blocks me consistently so I try to reach out to all potential buyers directly to warn them. So glad you didn’t lose any money😊
