Hi Claudia,
I don’t know how else to contact you so I have to post this way. Apparently USPS attempted to deliver the shoes to your address but no one was there to accept the package. The tracking information from USPS indicates they left a notice for you to follow up/reschedule the delivery. If you need me to help with this process, please let me know and I can put the updated info on the USPS website so they can complete the delivery.

@kristanunez hey kristanunez, I saw that there was a notification for a slip through the email that they attempted it. However I never saw the slip on my door; I was going to go to the fedex location but im not too sure what the address is/i need the tracking slip! Please help! Ty!

@claudiaho I contacted Poshmark so they should be helping to sort this out, but if you don’t hear from them within the next day or so, I’ll give you my email address so you can send me the info the post office requires to complete the shipment (when I click on the tracking link it lets me reschedule the delivery, but requires a bunch of info).

@kristanunez I tried to reschedule a delivery and they said they are returning it back to sender :( please help!

@claudiaho unfortunately Poshmarks seems incapable of rescheduling the delivery at a time that works for you. Please contact me at kristaanunez @ G (it won’t let me type it out, but google’s email) l so that I can coordinate the re-delivery of your package.
