cwilstead @patrice_xx do you know who to contact at the USPS? Tracking says it was delivered but I never received the shoes. I work from home so I'm here when deliveries come.

patriceanita @cwilstead i’ve never had this issue before so i’m not sure! maybe if you went to the Usps website and entered the tracking info you could see from there and then contact customer service? that’s the best i can guess on what to do. i feel horrible that the shoes never got to you!☹️

cwilstead @patrice_xx I've done that but it doesn't show my address. Do you have a receipt that shows the address (the post office wants verification that you sent it to the correct address)
