Hello, you bought a US Polo Assn Hoodie from me and I have a couple questions regarding your rating. It says could improve ship time, the item was purchased on Sunday May 3 and I had it at the post office Monday morning. How do I improve that? Item description. I would appreciate to know what I left out.
