summervonholten Hi Cindi, I received and was preparing your order and noticed a tiny imperfection on the inside of the suede/velveteen flaps. I tried to get it off with a tiny wet cloth and then brush it with a suede brush and I made it worse. You cannot see it when the flap is over it with the word Chanel on it. The box is perfect and the travel pouch is perfect. I just wanted to let you know so you can make the decision of wether or not you want me to send it.

cldias @peakscottage I have been trying, but keep getting told to start again by the app,/Posh support. Now, it won't let me do anything but rate the transaction, although I haven't accepted it yet. very frustrating.

peakscottage @cldias I sent your complaint to them as well. Go ahead and package it up the same way I had it tape it shut and write return to sender and take it to the post office. once returned to my home I will release your money back to you. I'm very sorry and also heart broken.
