Christopher, I am so sorry for the shipping & packaging of your floor pillow! I asked a friend to do it because I work 12 hour shifts & should have been more clear. I’m not sure how things like this work on PM but I would be more than happy to reimburse you for the money you were out. Please just let me know what is easiest & again, my sincerest apologies!

@luckyj1976 reimbursement isn’t necessary. I’m a DSW (direct service worker) with a middle-aged gentleman (who is clinical MR). I work 5 days a week, 14, 13, 11, & 5 hour shifts (occasionally 16, & regular overtime). I understand looong hours. I was more annoyed with USPS (than you). My wife LOVES the pillow & it’s perfect for her crafting table/room. I just wanted too let you know (because I assume that is not how you wanted things too go), for future transactions. The $2.75 is NOT an issue.
