hysandlows @christineriv288 of course take your time.key factor don’t be lead to have transactions away from the Poshmark platform. Ask me anything and wait for me to answer. Unfortunately it can happen but not often. Basically things are on the up and up. Customer Service here 101% making the buyer & seller whole. been my experience since 2018. Customer service question section is great as well. So now you have a couple of ways to help. Look forward to seeing & supporting your closet 🦋

hysandlows The APP takes care of everything when the transaction is followed through you will be able to accept the persons offer. If no one has requested not through a text message but offered the price you asked for actually paid for it. Then it’s just TALK… when the item sells you will see how much it sold for shipping $$ and how much you will receive SOLD will be in red lower right hand corner of your item.
