luvlala Hi hun, I’m so sorry to hear that the ears aren’t working. I checked them before I mailed them out to you, the batteries must’ve died, have you tried replacing them?

csigal33 @luvlala hey. I’m going out to buy some today. Sorry for the delay we bought them for our trip and they didn’t make it in time so I couldn’t mark received till we got home. I’ll let you know once I try a new battery

csigal33 @luvlala I’m not sure. Packaging was alright and it didn’t seem to be ripped or anything. I am guessing that they did as they weren’t in a box :( I went and bought another package of batteries to double check and nothing with these either
