I received my earrings back; thank you. I am baffled as to why you opened a case & claimed they were “broken & missing a piece”, when you & I both know that is NOT true. With a magnifying glass, I DO see that there appears to be an air bubble in the very bottom of the cabochon. The convex (top) is completely formed, not “broken”. Next time you experience buyers remorse I would suggest you RE-posh the item. - Nancy
