sonjahanczaryk You purchased the clinique item from me, unfortunately this app is taking a dramatic turn for the WORSE!! I will probably end up closing up my shop on this app because of how terrible it has been since the new CEO took over. I was NOT given a label for this sale so therefore I will not be able to ship it out to you! I've already reached out to support twice in regards to this with screenshots stating the "label is unavailable"!

sonjahanczaryk This has NOT ever happened in the 8 years I've been selling in this particular app and it's really gotten crummy in the last 6 weeks since the so called new CEO took over, it's gone SEVERELY downhill since. anyways, if I do not hear back from them by Sunday evening I will have no choice but to cancel this sale because of their app! just wanted you to be aware because I've sent messages but you're not responding
