vintageveg Hi Christie! We strive for 5 star service, so when I saw you rated the AE jeans 4 stars, I wondered what had happened. We did disclose the damage at back of bottom hems; we shipped next day, and packaged as pretty as we could. Is there something we may improve upon? We'd appreciate your feedback🌸
