You described the bag I purchased in as new condition. The handle was internally torn and will not support the weight of the bag with contents, so is useless. I sent you a note describing the problem but you did not respond. I filed a claim but as the photo could not show the internal tear, you were paid. I gave you a well deserved one star for your dishonesty.
