heidicrystalcox @kmama88 hi! I believe that the best thing to do is to “open a case” which then Poshmark sends you the shipping label so it doesn’t cost you anything. With Poshmark it should ask you to accept or not accept the item, chose not to accept. If it’s easier, call me at 617 5290876 or email me heidicrystal at yahoo
