Hey Chris! Thank you again for your purchase of the Foreign Exchange Puffer Jacket.. this is the first time I received a Returned package back from the post office. I'm taking it back right now to make sure everything is packaged the way they need it to be for you to receive. Only thing I can think of is if they somehow weighed it more then 5 pounds.
