beautyenigma Hi there! I'm very sorry, but it appears that I sent you another buyer's item and her your item. So sorry, but this is fixable😉I'm reporting it to Poshmark and what they do is just send you a new shipping label with the other Poshers address to send it over. Vice versa. Poshmark is really good about working through kinks. I am extremely sorry that this happened! Poshmark will most likely contact you though here or your email soon. So sorry.

cheyennemahn Well i'm a little disappointed by this. This was my first time ordering anything and so i don't know what to do know. Who do i complain to about this situation? You, or Poshmark? I would just like this resolved and me to get the jeans i ordered. thanks

beautyenigma @cheyennemahn Poshmark should be in contact with you since I have reported this issue and emailing you a free shipping label for the item to be sent. Unfortunately, these things tend to happen and I am very sorry that it had to happen on your first purchase. I've been selling on poshmark for awhile now and mix ups can happen sometimes.Thank you for being patient. You will get your Jean's, the other buyer has them and is waiting for her shipping label also.
