regina683 Hi this is the seller whose ASOS SLING BACK SHOES YOU RETURNED. In the listing it says new IN BOX. You failed to return the box when you shipped back. I need that box or my shoes lose value. I have reopened the case to locate the original packaging and must be in the condition I shipped it In.

ceemoe6060 I no longer have that box. It was a plain box so I did return the shoe label which described the shoes was on the side of my priority packaging. Not necessarily looking for a refund if you have another item in your closet that may be of interest.. After all you got the shoes.. If this doesn't work for you , send the shoes back. Thank you
