The material used underneath is stainless steel 316L and then is dipped 3 times in 18K gold. The diamonds are AAA CZ, set one by one by hand (not cheap plastic glued stones that fall off) these pieces are NOT GOING to turn your neck green or change color in a week like those cheap Chineses items.
