ktrout23 @micheri123 No, I received this message yesterday: “Thank you for reaching back out to us. At this time, we have reached out to the buyer multiple times, and they have remained unresponsive. At this point, you can resend the order at your discretion using the same address or we can cancel this order. Please let us know how you would like to move forward so that we can further assist you.” I asked that they cancel the order but have not received a response. Thank you for your understanding.

micheri123 @ktrout23 they did not reach out to me. I had to re-enter my address when I saw it had been deleted. That must of been after you reported the return to sender. I have received the refund, but I most definitely want the hat.
