sherryamru Chelsea, I am so sorry about the dress! Please accept my apology for zipper. Quality control asleep at the wheel! Please I have advised Poshmark to fully refund your money! sherryamru Again so very sorry. I have never had this happen. There were multiple packages shipped out the day your dress was mailed. When pics were taken of the dress I was unaware of broken zipper. The dress was pulled onto dress form and the zipper was never checked! I sincerely apologize again! So embarrassing that I can’t begin to say sorry enough! I hope you are able to use the Tussie Mussie holder. Blessings.
