nelliegs_closet Hi there! Thank you so much for purchasing the woven Nepal boots—-I am SOOOOOOOOO so sorry about my delay in shipping. I had my downstairs bathroom and half the basement flood the day you purchased and I was planning to package them up. All my PM stuff is in a storage room downstairs, and that fortunately was not affected, phew!

nelliegs_closet Con’t...But unfortunately, dealing with the situation has taken up all of my time! I am also single mom to 3 kiddos, including a 1.5 year old, so it has been incredibly challenging, such a fiasco. But I will absolutely try to send the boots off with my postwoman today when she comes in a few hours! I have never shipped an item this late, my deepest apologies!
