@knox1565 Hello, I so want to get the correct jeans to you. Did Poshmark reach out to you and ask you to file a "Sent the wrong item" claim? I think you do that, so that I can send you the correct jeans.

@knox1565 Good morning! I just spoke with Poshmark and they need for you to open up the item that you purchased, click on "problem/order inquiry", then click on "wrong item sent" to file the claim. They will then send both of us shipping labels to make the switch. Please file your claim today and I will get your jeans to you as soon as they send the label. Thank you!

@knox1565 Please go to your purchase and at the bottom you will see "problem/ inquiry". click on that and you then click on "sent wrong item". Poshmark will facilitate the switch for us. It has to be done through Poshmark. I'm eager to send you your correct jeans. 🦋
