mrskayteev I would be happy to offer a discount on any future purchase as I can’t offer a discount now. My recommendation for the future would be to take pictures and report/return an item that comes damaged. Because I feel as though your rating and comment is kind of injustice. I can’t do anything about it now. If you said something earlier, we could have handled it better. I would have rather you just reported & returned it to me as I’ve never had this happen and never received a poor rating.

mrskayteev I pride myself on happiness, good customer service, fast shipping, great packaging and great quality items. So this all in all sucks. I wish it didn’t happen.
