bclevenger1 Hi. I'm sorry that the kimono you purchased from me had spots on it. Not sure if it happened as part of mailing it because I never saw any when I mailed it. It was brand new with tags and never worn. I am happy to give you your money back in full. I can mail you a prepaid envelope to mail it back to me or however we need to do the return through Poshmark.

bclevenger1 @chanel_clary. That's fine. I really am happy to give you a complete refund with your shipping costs if you mail it back at my expense. I bought it from Torrid before Halloween and just never wore it. I promise I wouldn't have sold it if I had noticed any spots.

chanel_clary @bclevenger1 sorry for the delay. I tried cleaning one of the spots with a damp cloth and it’s not coming out. I don’t want to use anything stronger than that so I don’t damage it. Is a return still possible?

bclevenger1 @chanel_clary . Of course. I'm not sure how the return works. Please just initiate a question with Poshmark as to how to return amd say that I agree to it. I'm so sorry. This was my first sale with Poshmark and most certainly my last! :-)

bclevenger1 It sounds like a case needs to be opened since it says all says are final. Do you want me to open a case? I can do that. if they give you your money back, I can send you a prepaid envelope to mail it back.

chanel_clary @bclevenger1 I had a feeling I'd waited too long for the return. I'm going to give it another try to get the spots out. They really don't feel that permanent. It almost feels like a honey consistency (or something similar).

bclevenger1 @chanel_clary It had to happen during mailing because I'm certain it wasn't mailed that way. Have you tried hand washing it in a washing machine?
