Thanks for visiting and huge thanks to anyone who has purchased from me 💕 I started this account to get rid of things from my years and years of shopping addiction which lead to huge credit card bills. Got everything paid down after a few years of hard work but now it’s time for everything to find a loving new home. needfulthingz Im new to the app. My order says delivered but the office says I don't have a package. Can you give me the tracking number so I can verify with them? It was for the affliction hat thanks so much !!!

On the app, when we sell poshmark gives us a prepaid tracking number and has us print the label they’ve created. Then the post office scans as they get it. Is someone else home that maybe got if from your carrier? Thanks for your inquiry.

needfulthingz @sapphirerose17 Nope I live alone. I tried to open a lost mail case but they said it's too early to so so. I will call customer service tomorrow and see what they say. It always says delivered to from desk but this one says delivered to person at property....which is quite odd.

sapphirerose17 @needfulthingz sorry to hear that! I’m really not sure, in my experience when something is delivered to my door and I’m home it says left with individual. If I’m not it says front door/porch. If it goes in the box it tells me parcel locker. I’ve never seen that i apologize.

I’ve had one time with the usps where it said the package was held at the post office “by customer request” which I did not, then I went over there and it wasn’t there. Showed up at my house the next day. So maybe it’s that type of situation.

sapphirerose17 @needfulthingz from what I’ve heard poshmark is good with lost packages, though I’m fairly new to this site too. I hope they’ll be able to help. I haven’t had anything lost with usps just the one package scare. I think the hat was from buckle but it could have been afflictions site.

needfulthingz @sapphirerose17 I saw a refund back to my card but I'm curious what happens on side ? Do you still get paid or do you get screwed Or does Posh negotiate reimbursement with USPS. I emailed Affliction and found out the hat was from 2013 was given the ID info, found some on Alibaba, waiting to see if they email me back. Thanks for doing your best to help. I'll be back to see what you have in the future as this was in no way your fault and you were very responsive. Be cool !
