jgajewski The bag is authentic. Shaggy deer Falabella is used to describe a multitude of bags that Stella McCartney makes. Check the Stella bags I have sold over $500 that have gone through posh. Offers are binding..they cannot be canceled💜

cattdeee @jgajewski This bag is not authentic... I will be returning this bag and/or disputing this payment. It would save you both time and money to just cancel now. I can point out 3 things just zooming into this bag which show it is not authentic... to begin, the stitching on the top part should run the entire perimeter... this purse however does not.

cattdeee @jgajewski you will be receiving an email from me... I would prefer not to argue back and forth about what is binding or not. I am an attorney so if you really want to go this route we can. Just cancel the sale so can both save our time and resources. Thank you.

jgajewski @cattdeee I Can’t cancel! It is authentic! Why did you make an offer and then accept it??? I can’t keep doing this with buyers who have buyers remorse.
Nov 22Reply
cattdeee
cattdeee @jgajewski I wouldn’t have remorse if this was authentic but it is NOT. I have already email post twice, and I will be opening a case. You CAN cancel THE SALE. You have not yet shipped anything.

cattdeee I am going to dispute this with my credit card company and refuse any shipments sent to me. I am trying to make you aware so that you can avoid time and expense.

cattdeee @jgajewski the only remorse I have is not inspecting the photos sooner... but your description says authentic so I took your word for it. However, since purchasing I have zoomed into photos and discovered that this purse is not a true stell McCartney or it has been altered. I’m not sure if you bought this from another seller but I’m telling you the stitching is incorrect. The stitching that holds the metal chain should line that empty part on the top flap.

cattdeee I believe if you hold on to the product and do not ship within 7 days I can then cancel the sale on my end.

libutterfly Hello my dear thank you for your offer. The lowest I can go on this item is 700 due to fees from poshmatk. Thank you for your offer

jgajewski @cattdeee hi there. Please see the post i made for you concerning the authentic Stella McCartney bag that you purchased. I tagged you in it:) I hope you have a wonderful day!

cattdeee @jgajewski hi there, I am currently having the bag authenticated. So there will be no question... if the bag is real then there will not be a problem. However, as the serial number refers this bag was spring 2015 collection in which the bag should have the stitching along the side where there is a break in the chai . This bag does not include that stitching. Additionally, there should be a zipper on the inside with an extra pocket in which the zipper is a specific brand.

jgajewski
jgajewski @cattdeee who are you using to do the authentication? Are you using the pics I have taken since you don’t have the purse in your possession yet? Thank you!
Nov 25Reply
cattdeee
cattdeee @jgajewski yes. I used your pictures. I paid one service and did another free service.
Nov 25Reply
jgajewski
jgajewski @cattdeee which service just because I’ve used quite a few of those authentication services. Also who does it for free?
Nov 25Reply
cattdeee
cattdeee @jgajewski so you’re telling me that I should trust you because you found ONE site LYST.com that does NOT authenticate NOR IS IT AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER... yet I use two (2) different authenticating sites (one that I paid for, using the photos that YOU POSTED) that it’s not credible? Additionally all of my research I have done, including, a search of any and all summer/spring 2015 Falabella bags released and have yet to find anywhere in Stella McCartney authorized retailers or in the archives
Nov 25Reply
jgajewski
jgajewski @cattdeee I’m not sure why you are getting upset. I just asked the name of the company that you are using.(I never said it wasn’t creditable) I’m just asking who you are using and if there is a FREE authentication service I would like to know about it so I wouldn’t have to spend so much money getting things authenticated that I buy online.
Nov 25Reply
jgajewski
jgajewski @cattdeee I would also like to see the results of the authentication. I don’t think that’s very much to ask. It might turn out that they need the bag in your hand because there are certain photos that those companies need to verify. I’ve done it 1 million times ..I know the process. I would think that you would want transparency..just like I do. Thank you.
Nov 25Reply
cattdeee
cattdeee @jgajewski I simply don’t need to provide you with any of this. I expected TRANSPARENCY from you with this purse. You have provided me with ZERO credible evidence that this purse is real. Where did you purchase this purse? When? Please show me archives from STELLA MCCARTNEY (or AUTHORIZED RETAILER) where a 2016 mini Falabella is missing stitching.

jgajewski
jgajewski You can’t refuse the package now that you have opened a case. It is highly unlikely posh will give your money back. What happened to the supposed authentication that you paid for??? What a great message to wake up on thanksgiving day. It will not let me comment on the case anymore.
Nov 26Reply
jgajewski
jgajewski Yikes. You are not a nice person. And you have lied about everything from the beginning of opening the case. Be well.
Nov 27Reply
cattdeee
cattdeee @jgajewski I tried being nice and contacting you privately within minute of the sale to voice my concern. You have done nothing but provide me with cropped photos of different purses etc and argue. You could have avoided all of this back and forth and cancelled the sale like I asked... instead you made it a point to send the purse anyway and try to mislead both me and Poshmark. If you have not authenticated something, you shouldn’t advertise AUTHENTIC
Nov 27Reply
cattdeee
cattdeee You said your mom bought it from another person on Poshmark... do you also said you never had it authenticated... so how can you even write AUTHENTIC when you really have no clue where it came from.
Nov 27Reply
cattdeee
cattdeee YOU made another post and started writing on MY WALL... not me.
Nov 27Reply
jgajewski
jgajewski @cattdeee I have had so many Stella bags and wallets. I have been sold fake Stella bags that I have had to return. I have dealt in high fashion items for years. I can tell the difference between a fake Stella and a real Stella. You said you were getting it authenticated...that was the lie I am referring to.
Nov 28Reply
cattdeee
cattdeee @jgajewski I am not lying! My authentication is still pending. I also emailed photos to Stella McCartney because I read somewhere that they will authenticate purses for you (I’m not sure if that’s true) you know it’s a holiday weekend OBVIOUSLY things take TIME!!!!!!!!! I have done a lot of research on this and the more I see the photos the more I am convinced that this bag is NOT authentic.
Nov 28Reply
cattdeee
cattdeee End and.com does free online authentications.
Nov 28Reply
cattdeee
cattdeee I also used another website where I paid $15. They need more photos but I am NOT going to open the package until I get some sort of reliable info that STELLA made this style in 2015
Nov 28Reply
jgajewski
jgajewski @cattdeee reliable info would be showing them more pics. The bag was delivered yesterday. Why are you scared to get it authenticated?? Because you know it will come back authentic and you would have to keep it cause this is all about Buyers remorse even though you made MULTIPLE OFFERS and you finally accepted the 395 counter offer after starting at 250. Have a good weekend.
Nov 28Reply
cattdeee
cattdeee @jgajewski yes buyer’s remorse because I bought a fake bag.
Nov 29Reply
jgajewski
jgajewski @cattdeee you better not had opened the package like you said you wouldn’t. Send back today.
Nov 30Reply
jgajewski
jgajewski Oh look you DID open it but never got it authenticated. You are a piece of work.
