mrs_witte Hi! I just shipped the Steve Madden shoes. I noticed one stud missing when I shipped it out at the actual post office on the counter. The stud is on the back seam. It must have happened when I took it down today to ship it because it’s never been worn and has been in a closet all this time. Let me know if there’s anything I can do about it. I’m truly sorry about that
