heathercooties Hi, did you get the shoes shipped to a PO box? I'm not sure why the tracking stopped. It says it got to the post office on the 14 but hasn't updated since then. We both live in new orleans so it shouldn't take that long to get to you.

bub888 @catherinealford hi did u get the info and shipping label from Poshmark to please send the incorrect item U received to the correct person? The person who has your purse said she received no information from poshmark, so I asked them to resend to her. Again, so sorry for the mix up

bub888 @catherinealford hi, I contacted poshmark support right after I texted u. I got an immediate response that they would look into it and get back to me hopefully within 48 hours. It said they are busy with a lot of things from the season and would do their best to respond quickly. I can forward it to u if u give me your email. As soon as I hear anything I will contact u. She should have tracking info if she had an email with the mailing label. I have also followed up directly with poshmark so that this can be resolved as it has been almost a month since the purchase. Please let me know if you have any additional information.

The person who received your purse said she didn’t get a label or any Info from poshmark. I asked them to please contact her. The email poshmark sent me asked you and her to contact them directly.

bub888 @catherinealford hi Catherine, I just got an email that poshmark is refunding you. I’m fine with that if that is what you would like. I just don’t think the person who received your bag should be able to keep it. It was a human error/mistake. If u still want the purse I will ask Poshmark to please have her send it back to me as u were so kind to send her, her shoes.

catherinealford @bub888 I received a similar email and I am honestly disappointed in their resolution. I really just want the item that I paid for and have waited patiently for. I agree that she should not just get to keep the item (actually both items because she now has the purse and the shoes -- and from the email I received it looks like they also refunded her). I wrote them back to tell them that I still want the purse but did not hear back. Thank you for following up with them as well.
