aliceramone Dear CatPrincess! I am glad that you finally received the MaddenGirl Holographic Bag! I sadly saw your 2 stars rating. The shipping delay was completely out of my control since it was a USPS issue. The package item was in a regular simple clean box. I reuse to save the planet instead of flashy packaging. That allows me to offer you a generous discount. The bag was cleaned and disinfected twice even though I used the bag one time in my life. Thanks. AR

catprincess28 @aliceramone I’ll tell you why the 2 stars, your “limited” 4 shipping responsibility, item was not shipped quickly. When ur box arrived & the bag was shoved in the box w/1 beige shipping tissue, it was not folded to preserve its shape, the handles were tucked inside the back pack & it wasn’t clean inside, particles came out. I don’t sell on Poshmark, but I treat my creations with care even when I’m giving it forward. I hope this critique will inspire your future purchase exchange

aliceramone @catprincess28 Thanks for your feedback! My handling time was within the allowed time (even having an infant at home) The beige tissue paper had the intention of making it nicer. Taken aback by the particles found. I used the bag once maybe twice. My answer is a friendly reminder that some people - like me - are not second hand resellers but just somebody who simply shares her closet the best way she can in an austere manner at a very cheap price.
