slaydom Sorry Caryn I shipped it out it was supposed to arrive today. Apparently I sent Poshmark many emails and their replies are for your old address. Maybe you can get in touch with USPS and give them the forwarding address? Because this site says you have not updated your new one. It's in Washington DC right now

slaydom @cstx77 I m not sure if you can see my replies but Poshmark sent me 2 postmark with your old address, when I emailed them and told them I think you might have updated, they still said they checked and it was your old address. Do you still want it because it's in DC right now. Maybe you can email Poshmark and tell them of their mistake. Just get back to me if you still want it.

cstx77 @slaydom I’m so sorry this has been such a pain. Yes, I still want the bag and was super excited to receive it today. Pics also reached out to customer service to make 100% sure my address is up to date. I’ve also tried calling the post office to see if I can get it held here for pick up, but no success yet. Again, very sorry!!

slaydom @cstx77 hey Daryl I am so terribly sorry.. What a first experience because of you didn't still want it, they don't take the SOLD banner off. I sent them many emails especially telling them to compensate us both and that you should get a big apology. I understand there is no phone for Poshmark and they work "slow" on the weekends. That bag has traveled more than me in the last 3 days. J.k. It's not even funny but I am glad you still want it. Ttys!

I keep getting emails from USPS but so far not a peep from Poshmark. They had better get back to me on this. I wish you wouldn't apologize, it's not your fault. You told me and I went to send it out Monday and I wanted to make sure so I double checked and still they sent me the old address

And they have to send me a shipping label even though I have the correct information. Maybe if I don't hear from them we can do it another based on trust on both sides. Idk what's taking them so long? They are more slow. The USPS is quicker my goodness

cstx77 @slaydom it is ridiculous. I have pinged Poshmark multiple times and no response. I have not received a not about picking it up from the USPS, but as you note, that would be impossible. I am hopeful that they will still provide you with a correct shipping label and we can get this resolved. Apologies on the FB front, I don’t use it anymore.

slaydom @cstx77 just an update USPS said it left Newark NJ facility Sunday night. It said delayed in transit. Newark is 20 min away. I cannot deal with incompetence. I could've picked it up myself. I tried to call but it already left. It has to be here by tonite/tomorrow. This is getting ridiculous. I'm sorry. NJ doesn't seem to have an efficient postal system ever. Soon as I get it, I will send it right out. If you don't have the tracking # I'd be happy to give it to you

Maybe you can get in touch with the post office there. This is crazy and I'm very upset about this. It just arrived maybe you can call your old post office? I hope u get this in time. slaydom @cstx77 Hi Caryn you should be getting the knapsack by 8pm tomorrow night. I finally received it Wednesday and had USPS change the box and sent it out Thursday. I watched them repackage but still had to pay for a new packaged box and all the stuff to protect it inside. I am sorry. Totally their fault. It has a new tracking # on it. Please let Poshmark or me know when you receive it by 8pm hopefully on Saturday May 12th. I'm so sorry for all the texts. Just totally frustrated.Thank you!
