The battery was working when I took the photos, but I forgot to pull the stem out, so it will need to be replaced. I can do that for you or I can discount the watch further for you and you can have it replaced. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I appreciate you so much!

I will honor the price it’s listed for if you want me to replace the battery as it was my forgetfulness that caused the issue and you shouldn’t have to worry about that at all. I was looking at other Heidi Daus watches & to be honest, I found one that I really love as much as the one that you have, with her asking price only $1 higher. Her watch has a newer battery & she just made me an offer of $50 with reduced ($5.95) shipping. Would you be able to match that?

I’ll match the price you described, but I wouldn’t be able to replace the battery in addition to those reductions. I hope you understand. Poshmark takes 20% which would mean I’d be letting the watch go for less than a $30 profit. Just so you’re aware, this was an over $200 watch and it’s brand new and never worn. elegantfinds102 @sims4carrie Hi! It’s been a busy morning! I hope you’re doing well. I would say that the watch strap color looks like a hint of cream has been added. It could easily be worn with both white and off white. And yes! It’s been safely stored in its original Heidi Daus heavily padded box with golden sleeve! It truly is a stunning piece. My regular size is 7.5. I would like to pay your listing price & shipping fee, & take you up on your offer of replacing the battery, so I can wear it right away once I receive it.

I also wanted to let you know that Heidi Daus offers a lifetime warranty on all of her pieces of jewelry just in case you ever have an issue with a missing stone. She of course doesn’t warranty watch batteries, but I always love the fact that I have peace of mind just in case I ever lost a stone. (continued)
