katievilla Hi Carrie, I’m sorry the Louis Vuitton didn’t work out for you. I did mention that the bag was vintage and the smell is typical of vintage Louis Vuitton. I can say that in the passed I have used a little odor eliminator can that you can get at Home Depot Walmart Target bed bath and beyond etc for a few dollars that you put inside (keeping it zipped) and after a few days the vintage smell will go away. So sorry you weren’t satisfied, I appreciate you shopping my closet!

katievilla As far as the zipper, it does run smoothly for a vintage item. I’m sorry I should of verified if you had ever purchased a vintage LV prior to shipping and possibly that would of helped eliminate any confusion. Again I apologize this wasn’t up to your standards as I value my customers and want them to be 100% happy with any of their purchases from my closet!!
