OH NO!! I had no idea there was something wrong with the shoelace. I will order you a pair on Amazon and ship today!! I'm so sorry! They looked perfect to me but I don't think I inspected the laces.

@jennyinla that's so nice of you. One side was cut at the end so there's no plastic wrap and it's frayed. So lacing wasn't the easiest. Things happen. No worries at all.
