debluvsshoes Hi, not sure if you got my last comment, you rated the brand new boots I sold you a 5 star, then went to a four star and said needs improvement. Not sure what happened. I looked back on my offers and you bought them at $35.00, I did not see an offer for $30.00. I do like to keep my customers happy. If there is anything I can do please let me know. Debra

I changed the rating because you said you would send the difference when I accepted the boots. I waited and didn’t hear back from you so i lowered the rating . I would have been satisfied with a response from you regarding this. I’m ok moving on from this with love.
