kathyhumes hi carol , i did not know how to message you so i am the buyer of lenox victorian horse just today. the reason i am messaging you is to advise you that this horse is very very fragile. escpecially the legs. the back leg is commonly broken in shipment. i can only tell you to please pack and bubble wrap this horse and put padding in between the legs , cotton or foam , to keep from breaking . i dont care if it takes an extra day to wrap . the horse should not shake in package . thank you so much

caroleh123 @kathyhumes hello Kathy, I've double bubble wrapped it and crumpled paper around it to where it's very secure within the box and won't move. I've written fragile all over it. Of course, I don't trust the post office not to drive a truck over it. (Not funny) It makes me happy to know you care about it. Very precious piece.
