interval5 Hi there! Thank you for purchasing my North Face Parka. Unfortunately I made the mistake of putting the detachable faux fur hood in the dryer to freshen up and it no longer looks the same. I can send you a photo. I am willing to cancel the order unless you did not plan to wear it with the faux fur (as I did not). I’m sorry for any inconvenience and very disappointed about this.
