@carwik13 I've never done it before but other people have done it for me so I can try and see if it works. I think If you decline the counter offer, I lower the price which Should give you an alert for lower shipping for an hour then you buy. If it doesn't work, I'll tag you on a listing for $102 to cover shipping cost. :)
