I am so sorry that you were not happy with the lunch bag. I'm not sure what happened.This item was never used so perhaps I didn't look over it closely enough. I was trying to carry on business while going through cancer treatment & maybe wasn't as sharp as normal. If you check my ratings, you will see that this is not the norm.
