hI Candace, you bought my black Hello Kitty Tote bag. I have ordered this bag before from supplier and it was good quality all around. This was my second order from supplier. I just looked over your bag before mailing, and I noticed the print on the canvas is not perfect. Take a look at my closet and find a second Hello Kitty item of similar price. I WILL SEND 2ND ITEM FREE with your black tote. The tote is still cute and looks fine, just not perfect when you really look up close.

Hi Candace, could you specify how I could improve the cleanliness of the Seychelles wedges you received from me? These were inspected and cleaned when photographed, and immediately placed in the clear poly bag for storage until being sold. Just trying to understand why you were dissatisfied!
