@cpollaert Unfortunately I’m still getting the message. I was considering shipping it out myself but that means I’d have to pay for shipping when you already have. Which means we would both be charged, when only one of us has to be. And if I paid there’s no way to refund you your $6.49 shipping fee. So, I’ve gone ahead and contacted Poshmark Support. Hopefully they get back to us soon. So sorry for the inconvenience! I’ve never encountered this before. 😰

@cpollaert Finally got a response... Sad to say they were little to no help. They said that something may be incorrectly slotted on your address and that’s why there is no shipping label. Then they went on to say they’ve reached out to you to inform you of this. And finally, they said if nothing comes of it in a few days to just cancel the order. Customer service at its best right there—sarcasm noted. I can screenshot it and tag you if you want. Please let me know.

Candace, I accidentally shipped the wrong shoes to you. However I realized it once I dropped the package off at the post office. I have contacted the post office to have the package stopped and I contacted Poshmark to get a new shipping label. I am so sorry 😔

Hello Candace I was totally unaware that you didn’t receive your package. On my end it shows that it was delivered. All of my packages ship within 24 hours so there was no delay in your shipping. I’m sad that you would give me a four star rating without contacting me to find out what is going on with your package. It appears that you’ve had trouble with deliveries before with your address so maybe that is the problem in this case. I’m not sure why you haven’t received your package.
