@canthom2 Hello! You ordered the clear and black shoe from me. I had someone help pack orders and your order and another customers order were mislabeled. I apologize about this sincerely. Please return the shoe and I will make sure that the correct shoe is mailed to you. Once again my apologies.

@enjayy I just received my order today it was delivered to the wrong address on Friday. Will I be able to get the correct shoe by the end of the week? They were purchased for a specific event. Also I will need a return label.

@canthom2 hey! I did contact Poshmark support and from my understanding they will be sending us new labels. I have the shoe you ordered in an 8.5, I can go ahead and ship that one with heel inserts in case you need them. I am waiting for the shoe you originally ordered be returned to me. Let me know if this will work and I’ll ship them first thing in the morning for you.
