caitlinpratt23 @annbichon hi there Ann. If a listing says something like, be the first to purchase from this seller and get $3.99 shipping. But when I select an item it still shows $6.79 shipping. Am I missing something? Or how do I get that to be true?

annbichon @caitlinpratt23 I suggest you put the item you want to buy in a bundle. And in the message part of the bundle, express your concern to the seller. It should be automatically 3.99 when you go to purchase. I hope this helps.
