rjrkbythebay @flightrisk777 I received your offer and I have a suggestion. Instead of countering I can lower the price which will trigger reduced shipping for you. If you go ahead and "like" the blouse, then I would reduce the price and you would have one hour to purchase at that price with discounted shipping. I can go down to $14 and that get you very close to the price you were after with your offer plus full priced shipping. Rachael

rjrkbythebay @flightrisk777 no, I don't think their tops run small but if you look at the listing I have exact measurements of the shirt that may help you determine if the size will work for you. To me it looks like a fairly roomy top.

rjrkbythebay @flightrisk777 I'm not sure if I misunderstood you, but I lowered the price specifically for you to be able to take advantage of the discounted shipping. It only lasts for 10 more minutes and after that point I will have to delete the listing and relist it at the original price of $18.

I would be willing to lower the price to my counter which then would generate reduced shipping but you would have to “like” the item 1st so it triggers the reduced shipping. I’m not sure if you saw but it is brand new with tags, the new price was $39. 😊
