chrisrh14 Hi Bridget, An attempt was made to deliver your purchase, but the tracking says “attempted delivery; no access”. I don’t know if they are going to return it to me, but I hope they make another attempt to deliver. What can you do on your side?

bridgetmccar514 @chrisrh14 hi there! I’m not sure, I’ve never actually had that happen before. I live in a gated complex, but delivery folks are suppose to get through. Sorry! Not sure how to facilitate this.

chrisrh14 @bridgetmccar514 The USPS should have no problem delivering a Priority package in a gated community. They deliver the regular mail. SMH. They may have had a substitute carrier for that day. I think we can both try to contact your local P.O. (lease tell me which one it is) and talk to the Postmaster. It might be easy for you to go in with the tracking number and start an investigation. I’ll try it from here, too. I hope this is figured out and you get the skirt. It’s really nice.

chrisrh14 @bridgetmccar514 I just checked the shipping status to find that they tried to deliver it again today but had “No Access”. Is there a guard at your gate that you can talk to about delivery access to your community?
