lizpink13 hi thete your question was is the waist at least 32 and hips 40 I replied after measuring that the waist was 32 and the hips 42 .of you measured them you would see this is true .also all you had to do was contact me and you could have returned.not sure if you are new or not but poshmark will let you return .you waited past 3 days to contact so money was released .sorry but you need to be proactive instead of blaming someone else
